One Shenzhen Bay is one of China’s three major luxury properties which is located in the core area of Shenzhen Bay. It is a top urban complex includes office, residence, hotel and commercial features. Besides, it is the first winning project of International Property Awards which is honored as the Oscar award in property. In order to change the humid and stuffy canteen environment, YuQiang & Partners integrates modern ,fashion and rhythm into a simple and open space. Extending the boundless ocean view of the attractive Shenzhen Bay, the design forms a new interpretation of staff canteen. The staff need more than just a canteen, but also the experience of immersion and relaxation in their daily work.

用餐空間 | Dinning Space

保證數(shù)百人同時用餐又顯得雜亂，是設計時面臨的第一個挑戰(zhàn)。餐廳主體區(qū)域劃分出完整的大塊就餐空間：設計師將4人、6人、8 人餐桌以矩陣形式穿插排列，方正整齊、邊界清晰，保證了用餐高峰期高密度的人流需求。圓弧形吊燈在方正工整的陣列中取得曲直平衡，下垂造型拉近了天花的空間尺度。米色餐桌、暖黃燈光、顏色跳躍的餐椅，明快的色彩在簡練的線條交錯碰撞出自由的構(gòu)想，營造井然有序的中心用餐區(qū)。

For hundreds of people orderly have their meal during peak hours is the first issue that is to be resolved in the design. The main area of the canteen was divided into a complete large dining space. The designer arranges the table for four, six and eight in a matrix form which create an orderly space with definite boundaries. The circular chandeliers achieve a balance in the squared array, and the drooping modeling narrows the spatial scale of the ceiling. Beige dining table, warm yellow light and vibrant colors dining chair creating an orderly central dining area which is formed by concise lines and free conception.

“變化”是人們心中一種認同式的渴望。我們用“虛實體塊結(jié)構(gòu)”打破了一望到底單調(diào)通長的空間，高低錯落的空間布局豐富了視覺層次，精心營造高峰下的就餐秩序為穿梭在其中的人們增添了無窮樂趣。躍動的色彩搭配不同肌理的幾何圖案取代了中規(guī)中矩的灰白色系，大膽的對比挑逗人們的視覺神經(jīng)，創(chuàng)造了明亮活潑、讓人眼前一亮的視覺焦點，成功為空間減噪。為了凸顯空間布局轉(zhuǎn)換，設計師采用大面積木飾面融入。自然的色調(diào)點綴出灰白對立的線條空間冷靜的溫度，在高冷基調(diào)中成為了融合而跳躍的存在。吧臺的融入讓探討、聚會與分享成為發(fā)生于餐廳的另一種空間體驗。

Everyone has a desire for change. The designer breaks up the dull and long space into virtual and entity block structure. The irregular layout enriches the visual hierarchy, and create a source of enjoyment for the people who move around in peak dining hours. Contrasting with the conventional gray-white color system, the bright and vibrant colors are combined with the geometric pattern of different textures, which is not merely eye-catching but also reduces noise of the space. In order to highlight the switching of spatial layout , the designer uses large amount of wood veneer into the space. The natural tones embellish the cool temperatures of the gray lines, which become the fusion and vibration in the high-cold tone. The bar area could make a discussion, gathering and sharing with colleges, which provides a completely different experience for the staff.

環(huán)形島整齊的門頭設計將不同菜系的美食串聯(lián)，射燈、壁燈與燈帶的漫反射燈光讓不同的食材在這個環(huán)境中發(fā)揮出獨特的味覺屬性?！坝行蚨煌保巧钲谶@座城市開放與包容的屬性。在層次分明的光影，熱切而濃烈的就餐氛圍，空間是如此靜謐與和諧。無論什么人，只要走進氤氳著熱騰騰煙火氣息的食堂，都會燃起對生活生活與美食熱愛與渴望。色彩繽紛的沙拉蔬果，鮮活的魚蝦海鮮，熱氣騰騰的中式飯菜，千姿百態(tài)的煙火氣每天都會在這里不斷上演。夏日熙熙攘攘的街道，堆疊不盡的任務方案，在每一個忙碌而又熟悉的工作日常中，深圳灣一號正是用這種獨特的氣質(zhì)將年輕人創(chuàng)意與活力融入嚴謹?shù)墓ぷ魅粘?。在三餐中尋找歸屬感與溫度，等待下一個夢想故事的發(fā)生。

The orderly door design of the round island kitchen displays different cuisines. The spotlight, wall lamps and diffuse reflection of the light make different ingredients with unique taste in the ambience. In addition, creating an orderly and efficient space reflects the open and inclusiveness of the city. With the structured light and shadow in the eager and intense dining atmosphere, the space is so quiet and harmonious. As you walk into the canteen, you will have a passion for life and food. The staff canteen offers colourful vegetables, fruits, fresh seafood and Chinese dishes everyday. With hard work in every busy rush hours, the project create a unique style which integrates creativity and vitality of the young generation. They are all dreamers who seek for the sense of belonging and warmth of life in daily diets, and expect their dreams coming true.
