這是一棟民國時(shí)期的4層老房子，設(shè)計(jì)師最早是被邀請來對這棟房子進(jìn)行改造；后來受邀入駐1-2F辦公，3-4F則為業(yè)主所使用。因?yàn)榉孔邮且粭潥v史建筑，原有結(jié)構(gòu)不允許大動(dòng)，所以設(shè)計(jì)難度比較大。設(shè)計(jì)師遵循空間的建構(gòu)關(guān)系賦予它新的體塊和功能，重新塑造空間的秩序及和美觀性。有別處于摩登大樓內(nèi)的辦公室，本案位置處于上海市中心的居民區(qū)內(nèi)。設(shè)計(jì)師將建筑外立面的鐵皮由灰色刷成白色，并裝上黑色窗框，讓辦公成為鬧市中一個(gè)安靜的所在。

This is an old four-storeyed building in times of Republic of china. Originally the designer was invited to do renovation for this building and later he is invited to move into the 1 and 2 floors to work. 3 and 4 floors are office of the owner. Since it is a historical building and the original structure is not allowed to be changed greatly, the design work is rather difficult. Based on its original structure, the designer creates new blocks and functions for it and rebuilds the spatial order and aesthetics. Different from office in other modern buildings, this case locates in residential area in downtown Shanghai. The designer paints the iron cover of the facade of the building from its original grey into white and installs black frame making the office building a quiet place in the downtown area.

一層打破了傳統(tǒng)辦公的設(shè)計(jì)形態(tài)，定位為小型藝術(shù)館&收藏館，并置入藝術(shù)及原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品，后期可根據(jù)不同的需求調(diào)整，有著無限的可能性。同時(shí)亦營造出靜謐舒適的室內(nèi)氛圍，為人們在繁忙的都市中提供一處放松憩歇的共享空間。

The 1st floor breaks the design of traditional office space and is positioned as a small-scale art museum and collection. With application of artworks and original design product, the design can be adjusted according to different demands and has infinite possibilities. Meanwhile, the designer creates a peaceful and cozy interior atmosphere and offers a shared space of relaxation in the busy city life.

2F為員工辦公區(qū)?？臻g的主體色調(diào)為黑白灰，在2F&3F之間設(shè)計(jì)了懸空的紅色箱體作為樓梯的收尾，讓整個(gè)空間變得有意思起來。臨近大門處的挑高空間是這里的一大亮點(diǎn)，將一、二層的樓板打通，既形成了一個(gè)空間景觀點(diǎn)，又改善了一樓的光線，通透也不失互動(dòng)性。這處中庭景觀樓梯所在位置是老房子的電梯廳，設(shè)計(jì)師將電梯挪動(dòng)至房屋的后側(cè)，將此處空間解放出來，樓梯也就順勢變成了一種景觀。

2nd floor is employee office area. Key tone of the area is black, white and grey. A red box is applied between 2nd and 3rd floor as the ending of the stairs. This makes the whole space more interesting. The void space above the entrance is the highlight of this case. Demolish the floor slab between 1st and 2nd floor to form a landscape point and improve the lighting of the 1st floor, which is transparent and with improved interactive. Since position of this atrium landscape stairs is at the lift hall of the original house, the designer moves the lift the back of the house and release this area, thus the stairs become a landscape.

因?yàn)檗k公室的面積限制,設(shè)計(jì)師把很多功能進(jìn)行了疊加，閱讀器&會(huì)議區(qū)等功能相融合，原本痛點(diǎn)變?yōu)檗k公室的亮點(diǎn)。通常大家對衛(wèi)生間都有排斥感，設(shè)計(jì)師希望洗手間是愉悅的，所以本案衛(wèi)生間的顏色都很張揚(yáng)，變成了美的秀場。設(shè)計(jì)師希望能改變?nèi)藗儗k公室的認(rèn)知感受，讓工作成為一種享受。

Limited by the area of office space, the designer combines many functions together, such as the reader and the meeting area. In this way, the headache point of the office space becomes the luminous point. Generally, most people have a sense of exclusion on the bathroom. So, the designer hopes the bathroom to be pleasant and uses bright colors in it to make it a show of beauty. The designer hopes people could change their concept and experience on office and make work a kind of enjoyment.
